River Terrace Resort & Convention Center Gatlinburg

Its staff and cleanliness were wonderful that's why I liked the place.

We didn't have time, so we also would stay here again. Planned to see Gatlinburg major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay on vacation: )

I appreciated its location and staff, nice building. The room was brand-new with a brand new bed.

The hotel provided fantastic prices. The venue was in a central location right by the aquarium of the Smokies and Gatlinburg and downtown. Also, the property was a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.

Staff and location were fantastic here. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a great area, so close to Main Street and Gatlinburg. Again, it had easy access to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.

All aspects of the hotel were great, especially location and rooms.

Easy location, quiet beds and cheerful staff.

Everything was great, appreciated our best stay. Rooms with a fireplace, a brand new bed and the bedroom. Pool was nice and there was a great restaurant on site.

There were good choice of restaurants to eat, like No Way Jose's that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Perfectly clean and old-fashioned hotel, it has exceptional location and staff.

My experience at this extremely accommodating hotel was peaceful. Every detail was great, including location and staff, I liked how exceptionally clean the property was. Cozy bedroom with a bright bathroom. And it was vintage and the beds were amazing.

Wanted to explore Gatlinburg and this hotel was nice base for doing it.

Its location was central, within walking distance of Shops at Carousel Gardens. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were not very friendly.

Location is ideal and I loved brand-new rooms and beautiful staff😃

I loved that the hotel was spacious and funky. Venue's breakfast was sumptuous, included pastries, yogurt, breads, vegetable and meats. The piano bar was fabulous and the drinks were bottled. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was fine. I would recomand it and will choose it for sure for next trip.

Outstanding staff, uniquely decorated room, perfect breakfast. Wonderful relaxing hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was nice. Original style venue with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Smooth check in and in general attentive service.

We loved our perfect 10/10 stay. Nice design, empathetic staff, spacious bed. The place was minute walk from the heart of Gatlinburg. The full English breakfast was good hot, included: breads, meats, bakery, vegetable and fresh fruit.

The location was unbeatable and the staff was exceptional. Variety of good food, we loved it. Location short walk to - Gatlinburg and downtown. Also, it was walking distance to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Great service throughout the hotel.

Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

We had the best stay because of the pool. The English breakfast was lovely and had vegetable, meats, cheese, bread and bakery. The room was absolutely perfect and impeccable, we loved it.

Fancy location, thorough staff and cheap rooms. It is equipped with a separate shower, which is a bonus. Delicious selection at breakfast including vegetable, hot waffles and cookies.

Warm staff, efficient breakfast, exceptionally good view. It was only a short distance to Gatlinburg heart of the city. Hotel offered free drinks in the reception. There were very good internet and ample parking available.

Decent enough hotel in a phenomenal location with free wi-fi. Outstanding view, a comfortable balcony, large bed, too. Everything was so perfect as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. The staff was LOYAL and also was willing to help. The pool was heated.

Totally absolutely amazing experience. The hotel was so lovely and spacious! The bed was really comfortable and room very cozy. All staff was affable giving some tips about the city. The helpful service and the attention to detail were stand outs! I used to use free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. The location was perfect & our room was good sized. Moreover, there was free WiFi! For tea or coffee visit ben & jerry's nearby.

There is restaurant Drafts Sports Grill at the premises. It was nice to have sunny balcony. We were met by great, friendly personnel.
